Built the conversation history feature on an AI-driven customer support platform to enable
agents to provide the best possible service to their 150 million customers in a React/Redux single
page application written in TypeScript.
Integrated a dynamic server-generated JSX serialization with the client-side rendering
layer to onboard a new partner in a way that enables the view layer to be rendered independently
from the application and be customizable by the partner.
Implemented the production of analytics events serialized in Protobuf to improve data
collection and enable more-accurate billing.
Created a preview mode for the agent facing interface in the internal development tool to
improve engineers’ efficiency when implementing new features.
